DeltaSoft's real time support tracking system is now available on the company's support page (www.deltasoft.eu/support).

The client portal is a webspace where our clients can view and track the progress of issues raised by them on DeltaSoft's issue tracking database system. This is a very useful addition to our support suite since it has been proven to reduce time and effort consumed on repetitive and redundant procedures, eliminates overhead and primarily allows fast and reliable communication between client and support team members. Many of the processes such as raising or updating an issue can be performed automatically.

Furthermore, the clients are able, in real time, to monitor the status of their issues and if any action is required by them in order to solve, simulate or test an issue.

The portal is backed up by the latest security protection in hardware and software infrastructure. A recent upgrade of our network provides the necessary platform for our clients to securely access the portal and use it for speeding up procedures in customer support.
